Thanks for all the comments guys!! I feel the love, no homo haha :-)

I went to the hospital yesterday coz I was really sore, the doctor prescribed some pain reliever and muscle relaxers

I will update as soon as I get ahold of my lawyer..

Here is a pic of the other car:
Hang in there!

Most importantly, take care of your health first. And cars will get fixed up in good time, no worries there. Plus, I have a feeling you might yet get a nice m-tech kit out of this one, or at least some thing - you know, to ease the pain and suffering

wow clearly picture shows how fast she was driving...

did her airbag go off? and most of time when accident like this happens, usually two cop cars should come
The airbags did not did not deploy, if they did, they probably could not have done the switcheroo

I've tried to take it easy these past few days, thanks! I just want my car fixed up like it was before the accident with the OEM Mtech rear bumper since I think its the same price as the pre-LCI model aero kits (I ordered the umnitza kit well before the accident and I am still waiting on the kit )..

Sorry about the accident. It's wrong on several levels. Your first thought to contact an attorney is wise. Good luck.

Guys... i have no clue why you guys are keep saying Mtech Mtech...

I feel like it is childish to say go for mtech when someone got into this situation... I cant believe some of well known members said something like this... I was really sad to read what you guys wrote...

I mean if you got hit by someone and cops were doing this crazy stunt, do you think about upgrade or how you are going to react on this? are you guys going to say the same crap when that same driver hit another car and cause huge accident even killing someone? are you guys really going to say Mtech??

He is asking for advice on this situation since it is his first accident. Even though he said he is trying to upgrade his car, saying Mtech or telling him what kind of bumper he should get is not a real advice to give it to him..

well lamda28...First, i am sorry about the accident and hope you are ok. i would suggest to take a full legal action on this and file complaints to the police station so that that police officer would be sanctioned as well as that driver will learn lesson what they shouldn't done at the first place... I strongly believe that you need to get atleast the mtech rear out of this and maybe some lci tails.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I had almost the exact same accident last year - the external damage is nearly the same. I had some significant damage underneath though - the spare tire well and the battery box had to be replaced and the right side quarter and entire right a-frame was pushed forward. The guy never hit the breaks....

The funny thing is, I called the cops and they came but all they did was fill out the information cards for us to share and filled a report. The cop never checked anyone's licence or registration. It turns out, the guy was driving unlicenced, unregistered and unisured! a lot og good the cops did.

Anyway, good luck.
