Somehow someone manage to break the right sidebar the center console air vents in rear. Does anyone know if it can easily be replaced or needs to be taken to a shop...

I think there are many DIY instructions posted on these forums for removing the trim around the rear console but here's a link to one post that has it:

(look at the second .pdf posted about removing the rear insert)

Once the rear insert is removed, you may be able to see what you need to do to replace the vent. If not, there are additional instructions in that post that may help you attack it from above or behind...
