Really disappointed in BMW ASSIST

Like I said before I want just half the service... the accident portion I dont need the concierge part. I can dial and make my own restruant and room reservations thank you.
The Safety Plan and Convenience Plan are separate offerings. Safety (accident notification) can be purchased alone and will run USD 240 a year with Convenience (concierge) another USD 120 a year (must be purchased with Safety). Still pricey but I renewed it (Safety that is).

Really? Its not just 1 package and thats it? I'll have to check again now. I didnt see that option from the letters they sent me in the mail.

It changed a couple/three months ago I think. Check the BMWNA web site. The renewal letters I've received do describe the two options just as the web site does.
