My Ride: 2004 E60 530i all options except, nav abd HUD

Mine used to work until I had to have the ENTIRE iDrive replaced...but most of you know that story by now so I won't delve into it any deeper.

RDS went away with v 12. I have never seen it.

Yes I have NAV in the car. I guess I'll have to wait for the next software update.
