Thx for the tip, I thought it was coming from that area too, just couldn't nail it down to which seat belt. If u dont mind, can u post a pic of where exactly to stick the piece of cloth? I think I know what u'r referring to but just want to be 100% sure.

I have creaking noises from all 4 doors. Sounded like leather rubbing each other. Then I remember seeing a post somewhere about lowering the window just a tiny bit to help. True enough all creaking noises were gone. Wind them back, the noises came back.
Now I have the dash making noises whenever I go up a ramp.

Running 2 strips of antifriction tape along the door frame where the felt met will kill the noise. Just not very sure how long it will last.

I now just leave the windows very slightly down. From outside one can't tell the windows are not up all the way.
