It is. Same lazy cruiser. Same horrible 3.3L engine. Different options and badge.

Seriously are you just looking for something to complain about? Go buy a mini van if you care about back seats. Mine, when used, get no complaints.

Don't worry - I know very many native speakers of English that say "could care less" instead of "couldn't care less"...

E60 is almost perfect in every other way, exept for the back seats. They are simply horrible. I used to own a Camry before, and the difference between back seat comfort is amazing. Camry has so much space in the back and the seats are so comfy... i wish BMW backseats would be more reclined, i hate how you have to seat with almost straight back. And wtf is that huge trunk for? I could fit several dead bodies in there. Its not a frigging truck damnit.

I know, as i driver i should give a shit how comfortable the backseats are, but i actually feel ashamed when my friends have to endure the back ride.

Anyone else feels the same way?
I do not know what you are talking about. My passengers seem to think that they are the best/most comfortable back seats they have been in this side of the reclining 7-series and S-class seats. Do you have folding backrests, because the seats ARE different for folding vs. non-folding?

I don't think it's an English-US difference, either. It's just a common (and minor, by the way) usage problem. Plenty of people both places say "I could care less," which I believe is just an incorrect shortening of what's really intended. If you COULD care less, that means you actually care enough that there is room to care less; but "I couldn't care less" is what you mean, because then you are at the absolute lowest point of caring, 0, so you literally could not care any less if you tried.

only time i notice the lack of space is when i have my friends in the back seat, or if i am in the back seat, which is a rare case. And thats why you always need another full size SUV if you ever need the space ...so yeah the lack of legroom does not bother me...but maybe if i didn have a full size suv i would have been wining too...
