Radio on when unlocking

i unlocked my parked car to find the radio on. all of idrive was working without the key.
i did notice that it was around the time i had set for the climate ventilation system to vent the car. however this setting was not active (checked) that day.

I think the newer software fixes it...
I have told my dealer to fix this problem. It will be done while I am on vacation in October.
