itunes does not burn the cd-text info..... you'll need to use roxio toast.... I just tested this out and it works..... the in dash CD and DVD display the text, but the changer does not....

I ran into an issue that toast would not accept my songs that were purchase fromt the itunes music store.... so I downloaded this program:

which unlocks your itunes songs, so you can use in other programs and play on any device... not just the ipods....
