The SIX SERIES is the only BMW to currently be available with the new R6 engine. Does anyone have any knowlege of actual real world experience with the new engine?

i've not seen it as its unfortunately not coming to the US market , but in reading some posts elsewhere, the responses have been positive about the power...

Hey... can some of you link me to these posts...
I'm wondering if, since this is a first year engine, it has many problems..

do you check German Car Fans? if you look under the 6series forum you will see some and you can ask in a post and Im sure you will get some responses..I've not heard any problems with this engine and its next going into the E90 3series, and then the E60....some points on the engine is its use of magnesium for weight redux as well as the use of an electric water pump...

cant wait to get to drive a car with it...
