Does anyone know if what I said is correct? If I write the original FA back will it code all modules with original settings...in a sense reverting back to what I did? Sorry it's been a while since I messed around. Which modules would I write to when writing the FA back? I assume I would do this in Expertmode right?

S207A 6-speed manual transmission - Basically if i wrote to KOMBI (i believe it automaticlly select CAS module too) what would this option be in the trace file. I can just change that and I assume the gear error would go away. I've had this problem in the past in an E46 when I put in an AUTO's cluster in a Manual car. The cluster doesn't communicate because there's no manual tranmission.
