My vote is for #2 as well. What kind of dealership or person orders SAT radio & iPod without Logic7? You sure #1 doesn't have Logic7 because that doesn't make sense at all.

Go for the upgraded sound and HD Radio with pre-June price increases.....and get what you desire!

Fold down rear seats is a must...
I've had several cars with fold down rear seats and almost never used them. IMO, I'd rather have the structural rigidity all the time than a convenience that I might use once or twice.

I am ordering/buying a 535 today. I have narrowed it down to two options. Help me decide!

Option One: A fresh off the truck Jet Black on beige 535 with prem, sport, sport auto, comfort access, heated seats, sat radio, ipod adapt. Doesn't have premium sound or fold-down rear seats, which I wish it had. Post June 1 price increase.

Option Two: A 535 that can be dealer transfered (has been on other dealer's lot 2 months) that is Black Sapphire Metallic on beige with prem, sport, sport auto, heated seats, premium sound, fold down rear seats, HD radio, ipod adapt. Pre-June 1 price increase.

Not sure which is the better color, or situation! please chime in!

Thanks!
Coming from a professional detailer skip the jet black.
go with Saphire black. If you are still not convinced, please take a flourescent light with you to the dealer and look under the light. A jet blk before you pick up will have so many imperfection that if you are somewhat of an anal person - you will sell the car within a year due to maintenance needs of a black car.

Good luck.

Call me crazy, but I would be less concerned with which color of black (although I think Blk Sapp is nicer) and much more so with getting comfort access. I think that makes a big difference. I don't want to fiddle with keys or anything and also important is does either have active steering or is that standard now with the sport package?

Option one for sure. I would sacrifice the fold down seats for the comfort access any day!!! But thats just me. I would not miss the fold down seats too much, also the comfort access is another step up in luxury.....
