I'm not being facecious, but do you actually have a puncture?!

I drove the car for an age and kept getting what I thought were faulty FTM messages, until I found a nail stuck in the tyre. With the run-flats, sometimes you really can't tell!

The car has studded winter tyres. I've checked the pressure several times, and it's not changing.

No puncture and no loss in pressure. Snow has melted and problem has stopped. Thanks for the input.
