Hi guys, just picked up my 06 e60 550i and got a question about the front headrest. I noticed a gap in between the seat and headrest. I am assuming that its missing the supporting neck brace thingy. Was this an option? If I'm missing it, Im definitely heading back to the dealership to demand the part missing from my cpo. Thanks , and happy new years!

Have you found the adjustment to raise/lower the headrest? That may answer your question. The seat adjustment that controls the seat back is the key. Push it straight up from the bottom or straight down from the top. See if that helps...
