IF you have TPMS's the transponder and stem are separate items and can be replaced independently.

Seriously ... tighten the insert! It's a 10 second job. If it still leaks, have a tire shop try a new insert FIRST before breaking the wheel/tire and replacing the rubber valve stem. Here's the real deal:
