My Ride: Silver/Grey E60
Does anyone know if adding a quad exhaust set up has an effect on the warrantee?
Does this mod void anything or allow the dealer to say that they have to charge me for something if my car needs service?

no. According to some car law, exhaust does not void warranty. If the dealer says it does, they are wrong.
