Hey all. Silly question (I guess I can ask my dealer too)... I took my 545 in for a software upgrade the other day, and the services guys raised my head rests and didn't push them back down. I tried to push it myself, and that wouldn't work.. So, I opened the manual and it says there should be some sort of button to the sides of the head-rest holders that you push in and then can push the head-rest down. My head-rests have no such button... is there another way to push them down?
Thanks
Thanks

My Ride: Silver 530i Sports and Premum Package with Navigation. 06/04 build date.
On my car with the sport seats the head rests are rasied and lowered electrically by the same button that reclines the seat back. Pushing it up or down, rather then twisting it, causes the head rest to go up and down. What kind of seats do you have?

The button is for lowering the rear headrests--the front headrests are power controlled as described above.

Hey, sorry for the delay in writing back... yeah, I have the sport seats. I figured it wasn't something on the headrest. Let me try pushing that button down on the side of the seat to lower it... Thanks!

I found some nice new features after reading it. For example the trunk lid opes automatically by pushin key knob.
