No need to have two tires in your trunk.The front tire size is ok to put on the back if you have a flat.When BMW gave you a full size spare it was always the same size as your fronts not your rears Its ok to use the front size on the rear as a temporary measure.

I am sorry you had to use the tiny wheel. Did you make lemonade by taking a photo for use in the "Find This" game? Remember, such a picture was requested, but never found.
