OK, how about:
Opening a PUMA case means: Dealer/SA does not know shit about what is going on with the car or he's seeking approval to change a bunch of parts in order to see if he gets the problem fixed.

That sounds like a new 335i that we had here on the showroom..... Just sitting in the service drive now not doing much. probably waiting on parts or something..........
