Concur. I expected more range out of the E60 transmitter.

Okay, I thought I had it working properly but I guess not. For the first couple days the Homelink transmitter in the car worked flawlessly only opening my main garage door (the side I park on). Now, it mysteriously opens (and closes) BOTH garage doors by only pressing ONE button on the rearview Homelink mirror. All of my garage door remotes that came with the units have 3 buttons and are programmed so that the far right button opens my garage door (on the right side of the garage) and the far left button opens the garage door on the left.

What gives? I guess tonight I'll clear ALL codes for the 6 transmitters (and Homelink) and re-program them all (takes 5 sec. per transmitter). On one of the transmitters I'll ONLY program one door and I'll use that transmitter to program the Homelink in the e60. What a pain in the a$$.

Any other suggestions?

Simple solution... Read your cars instruction manual...

Just had to program the 530 2 nights ago. It's right in there. For both rolling code and old skool cool ( no kid sensors required on the sides of the door) garage door openers.
