Hi there

Yesterday, I got the car back after Progman 20.0 upgrade.

iDrive boots much quicker.
MP3 now works (Prof Nav)

What worries me is that the service indicator was previously reading 25,000kms, 07/2007 and it now reads 18,000Kms, 07/2007!!!!!!

The car has done 800kms, granted it is 95% short journeys but this can't be right, can it?? :'(

Cheers

Thommo

Well, it will be basing it's projection on the type of journies you've done so far, so I'd say yes. If that isn't your normal drving pattern, then once you do some longer motorway rides the service indicator will be more realistic.

Thanks for the response.

I guess I am surprised at the drop of 7k kms in 800 kms of driving!!

Does it follow then that i'll be heading for the service dept in about 4k kms???
