problem with mirror

My Ride: BMW e60 525Da LCI White, DPF out, Front grill black, Shadow line, license plate super bright led, interior white leds;
hy guys... i have an e60 lci and last night some bustards stoled my mirrors 
( left and right, i live in romania and it's an old problem here ((, but i realized that my left mirror doesn't fold complete like right one, she close but not complete diference is about 2 or 5 degrees and i don't like it ( how can i adjust this ??
and 2. my steering wheel doesn't stuck/lock when i remove the key from the contact and the first owner doesn't know why... anybody see this problem how can i fix it? i don't have any error on cimputer board
