Question Problem with engine fan spinning all of the time.

First about the car, BMW e60 3.0 diesel, M57 engine with 160kw. The engine fan spins all of the time, no matter if the AC is on or off, and if the engine has just started cold. Is the fan itself broken or the wiring to the cars ECU? There is a car error message "41F2".

Does someone have any suggestions?

One common reason for the fan to be on is your water pump is malfunctioning or on its last breath (or thermostat malfunction).

The thermostat has been changed. The car doesn't seem to be heating up ether. But I haven't thought about a water pump, interesting. I was convinced that it could be a bad fan itself or a bad wire to the ECU.

I have the same problem with the same error. But I have two more problems let's say. First one, a leaking coolant hose and one mechanic told me it's because of that, but I can't trust him because I had that leaking for 8 months, and because I was lazy enough to buy that hose I paid it over 20x times in coolant fluid and now he said I need to change the coolant temperature sensor. But this malfunction at the engine fan started after I deleted the egr valve and exhaust cooler. Now the second problem, I have done dpf and egr off long time ago, but last week I deleted the egr physical and now idrive throw errors about increased emissions, and the error code is 4501 MAF controlled EGR system, EGR flow to high-intermittent. The next step is to go for stage 3 because I have all the parts installed but for the moment car runs on stage 1, and I don't know if it's the moment to do that anyway if I have to, I'll do it, the point is I can't trust the last tuner who said he made egr off because I bet it was a map bought from internet with 100$. So it could be the answer to my problem the exhaust cooler deletion without a proper egr off from software?Or just a fuse or a bad sensor?
