It could have a slight influence on the drive but should not be enough to trigger the light i would think. When was the last brake fluid flush? Have you tried the acceleration in all modes to see if it is only happening in Normal mode? I would say that since you are not getting a steady light your ABS module and sensors are good but I would still check all sensors (they are blue in the wheel well). Did you check information messages too? That could give you some information too if you did not check them.

Brake fluid has never been flashed , I checked in all modes and as I can tell problem is in only Normal mode. I checked Information massage board and everything is OK mode , what would the brake fluid do with this I chacked the fluid level and it is in Normal fill stage meaning Ok level.
