If you net off the VAT in the UK it is still $100,600 dollars or so

So will BMW Denmark sell me a tax free 80.000 USD M5 for export?
I then pay 22% local VAT and excise tax at 3% of the car's value and end up paying 100.000 USD which is less than the cost of my 530d when new. Car will have an EU-wide warranty. This should also work for other EU countries - did anyone on here buy their BMW offshore? I did this once succesfully with a Renault Laguna - buying it new, tax free in Denmark but went through a Danish broker rather than a Renault dealer.

Well I could go and buy an M5 Tax free from Denmark and then pay the UK vat I guess which would work out around $20,000 cheaper than buying it from BMW UK, however, I would only get 2 years warranty and probably have to pay another $5k for Right hand drive in the end saving around $10k, and it would be a mare to sell come resale, so no real advantage.
BMW makes both, so ordering shouldn't be a problem
