Preventative Maintenance

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
I am curious if anyone knows of a recommended preventative maintenance schedule and what mileage for the below items. I would rather change things on my terms than to be stranded somewhere. I am sure there are more items, but to me these were the major ones that come to mind.
Serpentine Belt
Thermostat
Water Pump

My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
