If you want to sell it, detail it. Having just sold a car, I can tell you that it makes all the difference in both moving the car and getting the price you want. Spend a few dollars (or elbow grease) and you'll get it back at sale time. Just call to mind what you expect to see when you go looking for a car. Copies of maintenance records to give to the buyer, copies of carfax report, and up to date maintenance will also help to move the car.

Good luck with the sale.

It's kind of sad, when the thrill is gone and you just stop caring for your once beloved E60!!

P.S. If it doesn't look as though you love this car, how are you going to sell it to someone else???

Good Luck with the sale!

its weird - my seats came out on these pics as if they're armoralled or smth - they look shiny here, but in reality they don't seem like they reflect light at all. Actually, I've always thought that they are completely matte...
Try using a CP (circular polarization) filter over the lens of the camera when making only the interior shots. By turning the filter, you should be able to eliminate a lot of the shine from the sheets. You don't have to own the filter, just borrow one and hold it close to the lens (doesn't make any difference what size it is, as long as it's larger than the lens opening).

IMHO, I think maybe you want to reshoot the pictures. The contrast seems really high and its a little bit hard to see the condition of interior/exterior.

That is exactly what I was going to post. Contrast way too high on these pics. Tone it down and the interior would look a lot better IMO.

Got a 535 waiting for me
I'm staying with the e60 - in case that was what you wanted to know, but for now M5's out of my reach, hence, the twinblowers

yes, Thanks guys, I'm having one of my rims replaced right now and also decided to have my body shop just give it a little touch up where the bumpers had some "parking contacts", so next weekend I'm detailing it and doing the proper photoshoot.

Thanks for the kind wishes and all the pointers
