so on my 2010 550i while under factory warranty i complained bout a clunk id get while i was parking and changing directions in fwd and reverse motion and they brakes applied.. they told me its just the brake pad shifting inside the bracket and it was normal and all they can do is add a lil grease to the back of the pad but the noise would come back...im out of my warrant by 2k and still have that noise, I find it hard that a car of this class a clunck like that can be normal... any feedback would help! thanx!!

Yea. Mine does it a little bit too. We applied a copper based lube on the back of the pads. The noise went away for a while and now it's back so might have to apply some more.
