No, even when I give it say quarter throttle the car hesitates for about half to a full second and then starts to go... mighty dangerous when you are trying to zip across an intersection....

If I stomp it hard and DSC kicks in thing just get worse.... If I hold the brake and accelerate a little to 'load' the motor/gearbox and then let go the brake, it accelerates perfectly... If I am driving at 60kmh and accelerate to apss a car, it hesitates, thinks about changing down and then finally does and takes off like a bullet...faster than you really intended.... so frustrating.....

IC. I guess we have different problems... my problem with the car is that the kick down is not as fast as it used to be. And throttle response is non existent. e.g. cruising at 120kph..and I could press the gas pedal (used to be the go fast pedal) 3/4 way down and nothing will happen for the longest time. And when it finally decides to kickdown, the tach moves from around 2000 to 3000rpm... that might be in 4th or 5th gear but not enough juice to over take or change lane... so I'd have to push the pedal to floor and hit the kickdown button...and the tranny drops another cog... by that time, timing is all off for lane change or over take... and I usually have to back off the gas pedal.

One time I floor it from a stop... no dsc blinking and the tach just climbed slowly and no neck snapping excitement.
