The other day i had the Police Pull me over while i was parking in a car park, they came out of the riot van and surrounded my car like i was some drug dealer, one of the officer came up to the drivers side window and this is what he said "Can i please, please, please sit on the drivers seat" LOL
Then they started taking pictures sitting in the drivers seat and asked me how old i was and called me a lucky sod as this is my first car
Have any of you's ever had police coming up to you..???

I have a feeling you're 100% lying, and I have a very good nose for B/S. We own 5'ers, these are family cars, not Lambo's.
Plus, your car has an M badge on the back, which means you're lying there, too. So if they did pull you over, this must be why.
But whatever.

I had a cop pull me over when I had my mk IV golf R32... turned out he was a member of the local VW club and wanted a look at it. No warning , no ticket , guy was really nice. Freaked me out though...
Also I had to drive very cautiously in that car, it was dodge viper/Stop Sign red. Every VW/BMW/Camaro/Vett/Audi/Mustang/ you name it would try and race me at stop lights or on the high way... the car was a bit of an attention grabber. Cops would follow me or it would seem like it any place I go, other non red cars would blow by and they would just keep right on my bumper....
From now on I'll own dark colored cars....

lol - in my 5er I only get the "nice car" comments whenver I have to go through a security checkpoint where I work.
Different story with my Camaro. Although I haven't been pulled over out of the blue, I've had several lengthy discussions about the car when I was stopped. I've been asked to open the hood a few times, even asked to rev the motor once (I'm not sure if cop wanted to hear how the headers sounded or if he was trying to check to see if I had a cat conv installed). I've even gotten out a ticket and my wife's gotten out of several when I used to let her drive it.

Here in LA, the police have more important things to do than stopping cars randomly for "Photo Ops".. Most of the time if they pull you over, you ARE getting the ticket, and it's no social thing!

Not sure I would trust an LA cop to get in my car.

What's with the M badge on the back of your car? The police probably thought this is an M5
And nope they knew it was a 530 but insurance for a young driver in uk can be very expensive especially in east london where its sky high.

In Europe you can get the M badge on your car by having M series parts installed. You can get the badge here too, just not factory installed. As long as he's not sporting an M5 badge his car is legit.
