I've never had an issue with my Maui Jim's but I've never tired the frameless ones. They are very comfortable - i have a gray lenses on my Maui Jim's but they are a little too dark if it's not really bright outside. The Serengeti's are photochromatic so they get lighter and darker depending upon the situation. I just picked up a pair last week and I've very pleased with them. They're not cheap but they are less expensive than Maui Jim.

Ray Ban polorized are nice too - I've had too pair but my freakin' dog ate my last ones lol

My Oakleys are find on the idrive, but I did notice my HUD is a lot dimmer with polarized glasses on. Could be worse.

Arnette Bluto's are awesome, they are my backups to my Guess Gagger's which are also awesome... no loss in digital diplays, unless you tilt your head.

Yeah, truth be told, the quality of the LCD screen you're looking at has far more effect on the distortion than the sun glasses do......

+1 no problems on the Ray Bans in the 5 Series.

However, I always have an issue with the 3 Series LCD "radio" readout, when I get one as a loaner.

I don't think any polarized glasses will work with the 3, due to the angle to the radio.

I bought a pair of Oakley Eyepatch2 polarized glasses yesterday and they seem to do the job. Still a bit of black haze visible in the left upper corner depending on how I move my head, but a big improvement. Thanks everybody for helping me out.
