Hey Guys,

I have nav prep and am retrofitting the CCC and 8.8 monitor i bought and i wanted to test a couple things out before setting up an appt with bmw to code.... On the back of the CCC there are 5 plugs.. the big block with mulitple plugs, the fan plug, a redish and a blue plug.. and of course the lvds plug....

I don't have any connections in my dash for the blue plug is this even used?

Also, the LVDS wire doesn't connect into the CCC, will i need to order the LVDS cable for the 8.8 monitor??

Your help is much appreciated!
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks Rudy! Excellent document.

So it looks like PIN 10 on page 4 is the "GPS aerial connection (Global Positioning System), connector X13817, 2-pin"

If i have NAV prep, why don't i see this connection tucked away behind the CCC? Anyone know?

Thanks,
Chris

Might just be easier if anyone knows what is included in Nav prep?... Would I have to run the GPS cable to the fin??
