Nav upgrade possible?

Does anyone know it?s possible or will be possible to upgrade the Business Navigationsystem (arrow and voice guidance only) to the Prof. Nav.
The Business Nav. isn?t very good in my opinion but was the only available one back in august when we got the car. Could an upgrade be made simply by replacing the 6,5 screen with the 8,8 screen and a software update?

I've been told as well at the service centre that it should be possible!
But it's probably going to cost a bomb!
Apparently, installing the bluetooth option is going to cost over ?1000 (so order everything u want with the car, rahter than getting it put in later!)
