Please help me learn how to operate headrests.

I dont know how the seat headrests work. I cant neither put them up nor down.
The manual shows a button that i need to press first - but my headrests dont have ANYTHING like that.

Whats the trick?

Control for headrest is with controls for seat, there is a smaller button located above seat button , push it up or down to move headrest
