Exclamation Please help, car won't start after walnut blastingg

Long story short, I walnut blast my intake last night and this morning I assembled everything back together. I did use a remote started to bump my valve. I went ahead to try to start my car but I only hear a click and that was it. I charged my battery till about 85% and still won't start. Only my CEL comes on. Ran some faulty codes and here:

What did you do with the box that clips to the bottom of the intake manifold when you removed it? Your ignition signal lead to the starter comes out of that box. That's the first and easiest thing to check.

The "evil box"? Nothing I left it there, I did pull it out the clip that is holding it in place
