Take a weeks vacation and drive to Germany!

Find out a audio shop overthere (or contact BMW factory) and have the job done.

That sounds better

You don't need to find out where the existing amp is. All you need is where signal coming out from head unit. Grab those signals and feed to the aftermarket amp.
