Tell us all about the car, it looks super!!
What can I tell after less then 200 miles? First, I wasn?t sure about the E60 at all. I had a deposit on the new M3 since early 2006 thinking that the 4 doors version will arrive to the states early 08, but after I learned that only the 2 doors would arrive I start to look at other options.

This E60 is my 3rd BMW. The first was 1998 2.3 Z3 manual, with sport package followed by the awesome 2006 E90 330I fully loaded ? manual, sport, premium, sound, navigation, etc.

I also ride two motorcycles ? Ducati 1098s Tricolore (377 lbs, 160hp and 90.4 lb-ft) and the ST4s. For a regular rider like I am, it?s impossible to get too exited about 0-60 and cars top speed. The Tricolore will leave 99.9% cars in the dust.

Still, this 550I is very exiting. I loved the E90 for her balanced and suspensions, yet the E60 is so much more. I loved the E90 for the sport seats and the interior, yet the E60 is so much more comfortable and the new generation iDrive is light years ahead of the 2006 version. The E60 had unbelievable sound when the windows are down and the engine is roaring, when the windows are up and you move on the beltway at 80 mph it?s so quiet that I had to look at the RPM to make sure that the engine is running. I haven?t had a chance to drive it on the countryside yet but from what I experience to this point I am very happy with my decision to go for the E60.

Sorry about the long post
