Mine didn't work and I have booked in at the garage for a check tomorrow. However, when I fiddled with the interior light button above the rear view mirror they started working. Could be the answer.

If you want to let one door open, without the interiour lights on, you keep pressed the interiour light push button for more than 3 seconds and the interiour light will turn off, even with the door opened, until you manually turn it on again. I believe this will also turn off mirror lights.

This has nothing to do with mirror lights. It's about the headlamps, turned off, after you leave the car.

You probably held the middle button down for too ling, which will shut off the int. lights.
