We finally got some "nice" or "reasonable" weekend weather, and I had a small window of time to take some pictures of my car. I just needed to get them done and out of my system, but I would have preferred to have waited for some nice light to show off that silver, which looks rather dull under an overcast sky. I wanted to take some night shots with the car illuminated by some overhead parking lot lights, but the snow started AND I had some NFL to watch Anyway here it is. Better than nothing, right?

What do you guys think of the black mats I put in to replace the default gray ones that came with the gray leather? I like the contrast better this way.

Hey Urbo.....sweet car. I have a titanium gray exterior that came with the light floor mats....I like your black ones. Did you get them from the dealer at time of purchase, or did you buy them later, and if so....where, and how much?

Great looking car.....I never tire of looking at the E60

kmslo530i,

Since my car was delayed from the VPC to the dealer due to the bad weather, my dealer asked me if I wanted some freebies when I would come pick up my car. So I told him to get me a set of identical mats, but in black. So I don't know how much they cost. I had replaced the gray ones the day I picked them up. The black not only looks better in my opinion, but they are easier to clean!

congrats urbo73, very nice car, and the black adds a nice contrast.

Also, congrats on the game this weekend. There was no need to worry, the Pats didn't give the Pats a chance! Next week should be interesting. NE continues to impress me!

Looks good urbo73 !

However, can you remove your front plate in the state you're living now ? I'm sure it will look better..

Thanks Aaron. The Patriots exceeed my own expectations. Who would have thought anyone could hold Indy to just a 3 points? Next week is THE rematch. Rudy is on the other side

I can, but it's illegal with the red, blue, and white plates. If you have the older green on white plate you don't need a front plate in MA. I do wonder if anyone ever gets ticked for not having the front plate. Would a cop really stop you? And if they stop you when you're speeding, do they ever look at the front of the car? Things to ponder...
