Ah yes, that's the stuff.

Great looking car! So kigerka, how long before the high wears off?
It hasn't yet worn off for me after 4 and 1/2 weeks. I don't expect the high to wear off anytime soon!

Only been 2 days and still sitting on cloud 9. Probably sitting there for a while. It is nice to see people stopping to take a look and then to look at teh car as I walk up to it is still unbelievable!

Nice pics!

As far as the "high" let me just say that for me, the high never wore off on my E39 six-speed after driving two of them for a total of six years.

The new car is so superior, I doubt the high will be wearing off any time soon!

Congratulations....very nice and I'd love a try of the smg.

I notice the front indicators have an orange lens, mine are white, is this a regulation for your country?, do you have the 5 orange LED's as side markers also?

It is a US regulation. The US loves to have certain colors for certain lights. So they can distinguish the lights and be as safe as possible. I do believe my leds are orange as well. I will have to look tonight or in the morning.

I checked out my US model headlights last night and the bulb is yellow and shines through more towards the front of the car. The amber portion appears to be a reflector more that a light.

I just checked the lights and yes the Led's are orange. Love the look of it.

Off topic but my frind who took the photos would like to know what you think of his car. It is not an E60 and he knows it but was curious on your opinions.

I have also been playing with the voice commands and sometimes it goes to teh wrong display. I will say quarter mile and it will take me to adjust screen brightness. I think I have figured it out but, it was fun watching it change around.

DD, you asked in a different post about the 2 buttons at the i-Drive. Mine does have 2 buttons. One for menu and one for voice activation.

Isn't it funny that the Europeans think the US lights look good and the Americans think the European lights look good?
