Congrats Hormazd

I notice you have what looks like an m-sport gear shifter, but a sports steering wheel. in europe we now get a normal gear-shifter with an m-sport steering wheel. I appreciate one is a "sport" and the other an "m-sport", but it still makes no sense to me or am I missing something here

Sweet ride! No subsitute for cubic inches = V8! The interior really looks nice. Natural Brown Dakota Leather? Two tone looks sharp.
Now time to enjoy the ride!

Strange, I have exactly the same experience with a properly driven auto. Never had any kind of "rushing ahead".

Ok let me clarify rushing... I exaggerated a bit... with auto you let off the brake and the car moves forward... I dont like that... depending on what car its more or less pronounced... With manual... the car stays still on flat land if you take your foot off the brake.

And especially when cold... the engine RPM is higher and with auto the dang car FLIES out of the garage... and much more difficult to control by brakes... personal preference I guess...

US specd cars with manual tranny come with a shortshifter. We take whatever BMWNA gives us.
