Default Performed oil change yesterday and noticed this

Seems to be a leak but I'm not familiar with the parts involved. It's the plug at top back right area of N62 engine. See pic attached. Anyone familiar with this issue?

The leak seems to be the eccentric shaft sensor based on searching I did on the web. Ugh, this is exactly what the indy shop told me needed to be repaired, but the dealership failed to confirm when I asked them to check for leaks.

From what I've read, this could be the cause of sluggish performance that I experience sometimes. All along I thought it was the stupid throttle lag as a result of the adaptive transmission or some other DME programming.
