Default Passenger Sidemarker not working?

A few days ago I noticed the passenger side sidemarker wasn't working (2006 530i, pre LCI), so I ordered LED replacements for each side from bimmian. I installed both and noticed the new passenger side sidemarker wasn't working either. I removed the sidemarker to examine the wiring closely for any fraying or damage, but they were in good condition. Anyone know what could be wrong? A fuse issue?

As a side note, after installing the new ones initially, my driver's side angel eyes and brake light were on. The headlight switch was in the off position too. The passenger side lights were all off, as normal. I figured I'd turn the car on then off again after a few seconds. That turned the driver's side off again. Not sure why that happened but it never came back, possibly related?

You probably hit the turn-signal switch. While the engine is off, if you hit the turn-signal switch, parking lights on on that side will turn on.
