I went out to my car in the morning and the right passenger window was down. I put the key in the ignition and the window went up. It does not operate by the passenger window switch or drivers door.

I did experiment by using the remote and pressing the unlock and holding and all the windows went down. I stuck my key in the switch and the passenger window went up. It now does not go up or down with either using the passenger door, drivers door or remote switch.

Anyone else run into this. I just went to 54k and off warranty. Smells like a trip to the dealer.

Any ideas?

thanks,

Mike

hello there. I do recall somebody having a similar issue. Why dont you do a small search on "Anti-trap window".
There's a small procedure you can try that hopefuly will help.

My case was a bit different, my window would roll up then automatically go down, it wouldnt close. So i did the Anti-trap procedure and worked perfectly.

Im sure someone else will chime in on this and help you out my friend.

I used the anti-trap procedure and it worked.

I appreciate the assistance.

regards,

Mike
