If you read my post I asked if it was possible to paint it while still on. I am not goin to remove my front end which is why I asked that. Do you think I would ask this if I was willing to remove the radiator. Thanks for being completely unhelpful-question remains can I spray paint the radiator while attached with black paint or not

sorry rislar, i got confused. now i see the OP was the one committing douchebaggedry.

The OP starts a thread, then resorts to name calling when he is in fact the idiot.

1. you are going to spray paint the radiator while it is in the car? that is dumb.
2. you are going to spray paint over bugs? classy.
3. you have to remove your front end to get to the radiator? what in the world are you talking about?
4. before you start calling other members "idiot", ensure you have properly spelled the words in your preceding posts. I also suggest using somewhat accurate grammar. don't use hyphens in lieu of a period.

I have lots of little chips and crap on my radiator grill or whatever it is that is right behind the 2 front grilles. It is black but with bugs and chips it is all specaled with stuff.

I wanted to spray paint it matte black but was not sure if paint could get into that thing-not sure if it is possible. Can I just spray paint it matte black without a problem?
Seems pretty obvious to me what he was talking about!! Glad you boys have cleared the air!

Can't we all just get along?

This is an inappropriate response, and becoming an unwelcome habit.

No need for personal attacks here...misunderstanding or not.

By the way, painting the radiator or air conditioning condenser (often times located in front of the radiator) could affect it's ability to conduct and could reduce their efficiency. Even the accumulation of dirt over time can reduce the overall efficiency which is why a/c professionals recommend cleaning the condenser coil with a cleaning agent to remove the dirt and bring it back to peak effeciency...

why the hell do you want to even paint the radiator?

no one will notice except you!!!...

thats why there things call KIDNEY grills.....

if you really want then just replace the whole radiator...

and paint while ffront bumper is on?

well you try it and see what happends.. you will accidently spray and it will get all over your front bumper...
