override screens

When you have a pro GPS system and you want to use the override screen interfaces, what is the screen look alike ?
6 inch screen seems to be the normal one, 8,8 inch screen seems not to be the normal standaard screen.
Does this means that your movie is not fit in normal (the small face view)

I know but if you see the 6inch color screen, this looks like a normal screen. If you look to the 8 inch this looks like an extension of the 6inch screen. I mean that the hight is equal as the 6 but the width is longer.
So the question is, does this impact the view of the movie ?

The big screen is a 16:9, the small one 4:3. When you look 4:3 on a 16:9 you have black space on the right and the left...
