are you sure you performed it correctly? did the windows roll all the way up and all the way down on their own after you went thru the process? That's how i knew I did not perform the reset correctly the first 2 times....

I had the same problem. Reset never worked. They replaced the window motor under warranty and it has been all good since.

Re did it today. Went smooth as thought, except windows still does it periodically. Guess its livable
