One Touch Window close.
#1
Hey Not sure if this was brought up in the past, I did a quick search but nothing very common. Thought I would give this a shot.
When I'm in park or driving mode, If i press the window button once to close the windows it rolls about 95% up then it shoots right back down by it self. Now its a hit and miss but happends on either the driver or passenger side. Car is not under warranty so taking it to the stealer is not wort it for me. My Cadillac did this as well but never really took it in.
thought maybe this is something that someone else has experienced.
Thanks in advance

I guess you have to reset the anti-trap function... The procedure is explained in your owner's manual.
edit: Too slow...

You can disable the window anti-trap function within the i-Drive and it will stop.
I only know of the reset option. I didnt know there was another alternative.
Thanks

The reset option on iDrive may only apply to newer models. I don't have it in my '06.
Same here '06 not there. Ive tried the reset function, still no luck. Disabling would be great, if there was a way.
