Luxurytax - That is definatly your leak on the N52. I had oil in the same spot. Replace both of the gaskets and you'll be good to go.

Look to see where the oil is coming from. On one of my oil changes, the mechanic pinched the o-ring gasket for the oil filter and it was leaking very minor from around the oil filter cap.
