just came back from dealer. funny thing is the warning disappeared when i arrived the dealer 
. anyway my service advisor checked and (yes, not the tech) just added a quart of castrol oil. and no gas fill up for me

The only gas fill up I got since delivery was with the emission recall. I had to bang on them about that one, but the bulletin called for it as a gesture from BMW NA for your trouble.

AHhhhhhh No wonder... So with the BMW emissions recall they fill up the tank... no wonder last time I took my other car in they ran it down to red for me and didnt even fill it up.
I didnt fill it up before cuz i was hoping for free gas too LOL, since I got it with the emissions recall...
