oil leak or diesel leak ????????? or any other fluid?

ive found what i think is a leak, its visable from the dipstick side of the engine.
theres a gap just left of the dipstick under the plastic rocker cover,
theres two blue tubes and one bigger black tube , i found a type of fluid on there, could it be deisel or oil,
if so whats causing this?
its a 53 plate 530d e60.60k on the clock and full bmw history.
anyone please help.
